Playground Traffic Signs
Whilst we are used to doing plinths and directional signage for schools, we have added to our repertoire with this collection of school playground signage – traffic signs for school play roads.
These signs are very similar to the real thing found on the side of public roads, except scaled down and not reflective (although we can certainly produce them as reflective signs if required).
Sign Materials
To produce these school playground traffic signs we use the same powder coated aluminium posts and the same rails and clips used by roading contractors. So what the kids see in the playground today is very similar to what they will see when they eventually graduate to driving on the road.
Our sign panels are produced using printed graphics that are then laminated with a uv protective overlaminate and applied to long lasting 4mm aluminium composite sign panels.
This school playground signage will provide students with a great practical introduction to the rules of the road and will also last for many years.

We are based in Christchurch but we have supplied these signs to landscape architects around the country. We have also produced several alternative traffic signs and shapes to suit the individual signage requirements of each bike path.
