Stumbled across this page on Pinterest – European Shop Signs. I think it is amazing.
A whole culture of signs that I guess to a large degree has been lost, perhaps even in Europe. I can’t imagine being able to get signs like these made these days but perhaps I am wrong – perhaps some of the “simpler” ones would be doable if you were really keen but it is certainly not an everyday job!. If anyone knows anything about the production of these signs I would love to hear.
